HIKING THIS SATURDAY IN ABUJA


Saturdays are meant for Hikers, Its another fitness Walk and Mountain Climbing this Saturday
Date:25th November 2017,
Arrival Time:7:00Am prompt
Departure Time:7;30Am
Rendezvous: Sodic garden Recreation Center, Off Paradise Estate, Before Brains And Hammers Estate, life camp Abuja Nigeria.

LIST OF THINGS NEED FOR A SUCCESSFUL HIKE.

  1. Wear lightweight clothing like t-shirts and track pants.
  2. Wear covered walking/hiking shoes with good grip. (Sports shoe is adequate).
  3. Waterproof backpack to store your items.
  4. A small lightweight towel.
  5.  drinking water should be provided with your packed lunch.
  6. High energy food such as chocolates, nuts, biscuits, sweets, energy bars.
  7. Trekking/Hiking Pole
  8. Medication such as painkiller or altitude sickness tablets, etc.
  9. Toilet tissue papers.
  10. Sunglass, sunblock lotion, SPF lip balm, plasters
  11. Insect repellent
  12. Camera with waterproof bag
  13. Rubber sandals/slippers.
  14. Plastic bags.
  15. Waist pouch.
